SozAI (sozai.app) is an AI transcription and meeting notes app for business teams, universities and colleges. Record a meeting, a lecture or an interview, or upload an audio or video file, and SozAI gives you a transcript with speaker labels and timestamps in 99 languages. From any transcript it writes a summary, meeting notes with action items, flashcards and quizzes. You can chat with a recording, translate it and export to PDF, TXT, SRT, VTT or JSON. For business teams: no bot joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call. You record on your own device, so it works with any meeting tool and with in-person meetings. Companies buy Team seats on the web with one invoice that carries the company name and tax ID, and each member keeps a private account. For universities and colleges: students and teachers turn lectures into transcripts, notes, flashcards and quizzes. YouTube lectures become transcripts without downloading the video. SozAI is an alternative to Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai and Notta for teams that want meeting notes without a meeting bot and in many languages. It works in the browser at web.sozai.app, on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, and as Chrome extensions. There's a free plan, plus paid Pro and Team plans.
